Q: What types of two-way radio products does Power Products offer?
A: We develop and market two-way radio batteries, chargers, and audio accessories for a wide range of two-way radio models.
Q: What types of customers and geographical area does Power Products serve?
A: Power Products sells to LMR dealers and large governmental entities. We do not sell directly to the public. Our corporate headquarters is located in Alpharetta, GA (north of Atlanta) and we serve customers throughout the U.S. and selected international markets.
Q: Is Power Products a public or privately held company?
A: We are a privately held corporation and the owners of Power Products are involved full-time with management of the company.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: Except for major holidays, we are open for business Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.
Q: How should customers place orders?
A: Orders may be submitted to your account manager by telephone (800-529-1618), fax (770-569-1844), or email. In the near future, Power Products will launch an online catalog and order placement.
Q: How quickly are orders shipped?
A: Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after receipt. For large orders or when there are special labeling or packaging requirements, a delivery date is provided.
Q: What is your procedure for return of defective merchandise?
A: The first step is to obtain an RA Form, which is available online. Instructions for obtaining an RA Number are provided on the form. If you have questions about the form, please call 800-529-1618 x23 for assistance.
Q: For questions about an invoice or a credit line, who should I contact?
A: Questions pertaining to payment of an invoice or assigned credit lines should be directed to our accounting department at 800-529-1618 x11.
Q: Do you offer private label batteries?

Q: What marketing / merchandising services does Power Products provide?
A: We offer a variety of marketing support services – from product photography to specification sheets. If you need assistance promoting our LMR accessories, Power Products has the marketing expertise to help you succeed.
Q: What is your product warranty?
A: Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of time that varies by product type. Batteries have warranty periods from 12 to 18 months.
